Nzame Qokweni is an Executive in ENSafrica’s Banking and Finance department. He specialises in acquisition and leveraged finance, lending and syndicated lending, preference shares, property finance, structured finance and public funding.

He has acted for South African and international clients in a variety of industries and sectors, including government and development financing entities, major financial institutions, energy producers and asset and investment companies.

Nzame’s experience includes advising lenders and borrowers on a number of major transactions in relation to term loan facilities, syndicated loans, preference share funding, restructuring arrangements, private equity and debt financing.
