Rodrigo Martinez focuses his practice on corporate structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions in the U.S. and Latin America. He represents companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies across multiple industries. 

Rodrigo specifically enjoys representing clients in their business ventures to help them achieve their goals and building bridges between different business cultures and legal systems when engaging in cross- border transactions.
