Paa Kwesi Morrison is an Executive at ENSafrica l Ghana.

He specialises in banking and finance, capital markets, derivatives, energy, infrastructure, M&A, taxation and general corporate commercial law.

Paa Kwesi has vast experience in advising finance institutions (including banks, private equity funds and development finance institutions), and regional and international companies on all aspects of deal structuring. This has given him excellent relationships with the relevant regulators.  He has also been involved in many property transactions throughout Ghana, particularly extensive commercial property transactions involving due diligence investigations, advising on property structures and drafting complex agreements.
