Public finance assistance with previous financial experience

Peggy Hintz has experience in municipal finance and is a member of the disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel team within the Public Finance Practice Group. She drafts and reviews bond offering documents and materials related to the due diligence process for municipal transactions, including general obligation and municipal revenue obligations.

Peggy previously worked for a large financial services firm, serving as public finance administrative manager and a public finance analyst.
