Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Zhang served as in-house counsel to one of the largest funds management companies in China.
Mr. Zhang advises clients on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and offshore listings. His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Peking University in 2011 with an LL.B. degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree. He also obtained an LL.M. degree in International Law from Peking University in 2013.
