Profile

Rachel Bramblett is an associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, where she zealously represents clients in resolving disputes before federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution bodies. Rachel represents clients in a variety of matters and has experience in coverage defense and professional liability. Specifically, she has experience representing insurers in coverage disputes arising from commercial general liability policies and bad faith defense. She has successfully represented insurers on COVID-19 coverage cases.

Rachel has a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as senior articles editor for the Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. While in law school, she externed with the Tennessee Innocence Project and additionally worked with a local firm advocating for an incarcerated individual in a civil rights case. Prior to attending law school, she earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both psychology and criminology from Virginia Tech.
