Rachel is a dispute resolution practitioner with extensive experience in insurance litigation. Rachel has over 10 years of experience in insurance litigation representing the VWA, its authorised agents and employers which span a range of industries.

In addition to acting for the VWA, Rachel also acts for Toll Group, a self insurer, providing advice on their obligations under the Accident Compensation Act and Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act.

Rachel's main client is the Victorian Workcover Authority and she regularly handles litigation in the Supreme, County and Magistrates' Courts, including matters involving complex statutory interpretation and administrative law issues. Employers that Rachel has represented include government agencies, hospitals, construction companies and small businesses.

Rachel's expertise includes pre litigated and litigated matters concerning no fault entitlements, serious injury applications and damages claims under the Accident Compensation Act and Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Acts. Rachel is particularly skilled in handling in multiple party litigation and is also keenly interested in insurance law as it relates to anthropogenic climate change.

Rachel's key clients are Victorian WorkCover Authority and Toll Group.
