Specialised in financial markets, insurance, corporate finance with a specific focus on equity capital market, Raffaele provides advice and assistance to Italian and foreign companies and regulated entities including banks, insurance companies, financial intermediaries and payment service providers, investment and asset management companies, pension funds in extraordinary corporate transactions (including M&A, IPOs and rights issues) as well as in relation to their on-going regulatory duties and relationship with supervisory Authority. Also provides, in particular, assistance to private equity, private debt and venture capital players as well as to fintech start-up and entrepreneurs.
Raffaele was in charge of setting up primary mutual funds (including alternative funds, funds listed on the MIV, funds of funds, master feeder structures and exchange traded funds) and in implementing complex structures both in Italy and in other European jurisdictions.
He gained a strong expertise on antimony laundering regulation, payment service, consumer credit and, unit linked product.
He is member of the Luxembourg Desk.

Education
He graduated in Law from the University “Bocconi” of Milan and joined the firm in 2010. In 2009 he attended, as exchange student, the Tilburg University’s School of law.

Professional Activities and Experience
In 2017 he worked as visiting lawyer at a primary law firm based in Luxembourg in the asset management and investment funds department.
