Rebecca represents individuals and companies in connection with both internal and government investigations. She has worked on investigations involving allegations of employee misconduct, accounting fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud, securities fraud, and health care fraud.

In addition to her white collar criminal defense practice, Rebecca represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She is a passionate advocate whose acute attention to detail allows her to identify critical issues without losing sight of clients’ overall objectives.

At Lowenstein Sandler, Rebecca has maintained her commitment to advocating on behalf of underprivileged individuals. She is involved in pro bono representation of victims of domestic violence through the firm's relationship with Partners for Women and Justice and the Rachel Coalition.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca served as a law clerk to the Hon. Martin G. Cronin of the Superior Court of New Jersey. This experience gave her firsthand exposure to the workings of the criminal court system and insight into how judges make decisions.

In law school, Rebecca obtained an understanding of civil litigation through internships with the Women's Law Project, New York Civil Liberties Union, and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Notably, she earned the International Advocacy Award in recognition of her work with the Duke University School of Law’s International Human Rights Clinic, and she served as the Executive Vice President of the Women Law Students Association.
