Ricardo is a corporate partner based in the Firm's Sao Paulo office. His practice encompasses M&A, private equity, securities, banking and finance.

Ricardo represents corporations in divestitures and acquisitions, investment banks as underwriters in equity deals, Brazilian issuers in the international markets and private equity funds.

After completing his LL.M. at the University of Chicago, Ricardo spent two years working as a foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, USA (1995-1997).
