Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Huang practiced with Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing.
Ms. Huang mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and insurance fund investment. Ms. Huang has represented many private equity funds, insurance companies, and start-ups in a variety of transactions in diverse industries such as TMT, real estate, healthcare, and banking and finance.
