Roxanne Hilton advises clients on health care regulatory and compliance issues, government program enrollment and licensing issues, and represents providers and licensed entities before state, federal and administrative boards. She also advises her clients regarding:

  • Health care regulatory analysis and compliance
  • Representation of licensed professionals and entities before administrative boards
  • Medicare and Medicaid program compliance and regulatory appeals

Roxanne previously worked as a deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where she investigated regulatory compliance issues and reviewed policies regarding regulatory controls and reporting requirements. She represented the state before medical licensing boards, including pharmacy, nursing, medical, physical therapy and health facility administrator boards.
