Profile
Ruben has advised international groups in relation to projects and transactions in Angola and has provided ongoing advice to Portuguese and international companies operating in this country. His regular legal work focuses on sectors such as oil and gas, mining, finance and retail. Ruben also works regularly with promoters, finance providers/syndicates and banking and non-banking financial institutions.
He has an LL.M. in international business law from King's College London and completed a postgraduate course in environmental law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Ruben is a member of the AIPN - Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and writes regularly for Angolan newspapers on a variety of topics.
