Sadia is an associate solicitor in our corporate department advising clients on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate related issues. Sadia works for a variety of clients including private companies, owner managed business and clients based nationally and internationally.

Sadia completed her law degree at the Nottingham Trent University and LPC at BPP Law School. Sadia trained at a local Nottingham firm before joining Shoosmiths in September 2020.

Sadia is also the Chair of the Nottingham Junior Lawyers Division.
