Profile
Long-term client relationships lead to more thoughtful and efficient legal counsel
Sarah Ames advises multinational companies, especially German-speaking ones, and their U.S. subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, employment and immigration matters, always with an eye on practical and efficient solutions while avoiding litigation if possible. A native German speaker, she serves as outside general counsel and assists clients on a variety of business law issues, including qualifications, restructuring and corporate maintenance, general contract questions, employment matters, and visa and immigration issues. Sarah represents clients of all sizes in a wide variety of industries, including:
