Sarah Andrzejczak is a member of Buchalter’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups, and an attorney in the Firm’s Denver office. Ms. Andrzejczak represents businesses in a wide range of commercial litigation matters involving contractual disputes and business‑related torts. She also represents employers in discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour, and non-competition and non-solicitation disputes. Before joining Buchalter, Ms. Andrzejczak gained significant experience representing businesses in construction, products liability, premises liability, and health care matters.

Ms. Andrzejczak shines in the courtroom and has obtained favorable jury trial verdicts for local and national businesses. As a previous law clerk to the Honorable John Daniel Dailey of the Colorado Court of Appeals, Ms. Andrzejczak also excels on appeal. Since her clerkship, Ms. Andrzejczak has provided written and oral argument to the Colorado Court of Appeals, as well as written briefing to the Colorado Supreme Court.

Ms. Andrzejczak prides herself on her strong work ethic and attention to detail.
