Shannon is a litigator with more than 18 years of experience advising clients in complex, commercial disputes. Her practice primarily focuses on contractual and energy disputes, joint venture, accounting and operator claims. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and acted in private arbitration matters. Shannon is now involved in regulatory/administrative law energy matters involving both electricity and the oil and gas sectors with appearances at the Alberta Utilities Commission, Surface Rights Board and Manitoba Public Utilities Board.
