Sharon Baldasare focuses her practice on the representation of commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of their corporate facility leasing needs. Clients rely on Sharon for her understanding of their business needs and goals and her ability to handle a high volume of complex commercial leasing work.

Sharon has developed particular experience in negotiating a wide variety of lease transactions on behalf of corporate tenants for office and industrial locations in the New York City metropolitan area and throughout the country. In addition to representing two Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of their corporate facility needs throughout the United States, Sharon also regularly represents a number of other tenants from a wide variety of industries (including news media, publishing and sports and entertainment) with respect to their commercial leasing matters.

Before focusing her practice in the leasing and corporate facility area, Sharon represented clients in a broad array of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions and real estate finance transactions.
