Profile

Soma Nwokolo is an associate in the Government Enforcement and Investigations Practice Group. Her practice includes representing clients in civil investigations, white collar criminal investigations, and federal court litigation involving government entities, such as False Claims Act, qui tam, and healthcare fraud matters.

Prior to joining Bradley, Soma was a trial attorney for the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice, where she worked alongside law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute criminal antitrust violations, including price fixing, no-poach agreements, bid rigging, and market allocation. Soma was also a member of the trial team in the Antitrust Division’s civil challenge to the AT&T-Time Warner merger. As a former federal prosecutor and litigator, she brings both perspective and experience in the telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services industries to her current practice.

In law school, Soma served as senior research editor on the Florida Law Review and interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida in Gainesville. Following graduation, she spent two years clerking for the Hon. Roy B. Dalton, Jr., in the Orlando Division of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
