Stacey Ravetta is a member of the Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice Groups in the Firm’s Seattle office. She has been an associate and partner in an Am Law 50 law firm and General Counsel for two international companies – one an intellectual property investment fund and the other a platform-driven innovation services company. Stacey’s knowledge of intellectual property issues, practical approach and business-focused counsel stems from these experiences.

Ms. Ravetta helps clients acquire, develop, diligence, commercialize, license, sell or otherwise facilitate with any business transaction involving intellectual property.  She also has significant experience with other corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, insolvency issues, bankruptcy and workouts.

Ms. Ravetta was selected as one of IAM’s Magazine’s Leading IP Strategists in 2016 and 2017.
