Stephanie Johnson is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. She assists in counseling clients with acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. While she represents clients across the real estate spectrum, Stephanie primarily focuses on commercial financing secured by real estate. She represents lenders, borrowers, and sellers through all stages of development of multi-family, student housing, industrial, medical, and retail properties.

Stephanie also assists a Birmingham-based aggregate materials company, one of the largest in the nation, in the purchase, sale, and lease of property for their business of mining, producing, and distributing construction aggregates and materials.

Prior to joining Bradley, Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law, where she was an associate editor of The American Journal for Trial Advocacy. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Samford University, and prior to her work as an attorney, Stephanie earned her Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on English Education from Florida State University and taught high-school English in Tallahassee, Florida. With a former career in education, she brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, allowing her to navigate complex issues and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of her clients.
