Sveinung Rostad assists in a wide range of transactions and financings within different industry sectors. He has particular experience with financing structures in the shipping, offshore, real estate and reneweable energy industries, where he assists domestic and international lenders, borrowers, export credit agencies, issuers and arrangers. Sveinung also has experience with restructurings and enforcement of creditor rights in the shipping sector. He holds a master's degree from the University of Oslo, where he specialised in maritime law and insurance law. His master's thesis explored the extent of shipowners' vicarious liability under the Norwegian Maritime Code.
