Tanner Fiske is an Attorney in the Firm’s Portland Office, and a member of the Community Development Finance Group. Mr. Fiske focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, secured real estate finance, and tax credit finance.

As a member of the real estate finance and tax credit practice groups, Mr. Fiske represents institutional lenders, tax credit investors, community development entities and borrowers in traditional real estate-secured financing, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, New Markets Tax Credit, and Historic/Rehabilitation Tax Credit transactions. He also represents real estate owners and operators in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and lease agreements.
