Profile
Taylor represents insurers, third-party administrators, and employers in claims involving health plan benefits. He has also represented health care institutions and physicians in disputes involving disciplinary actions and medical malpractice. Taylor has litigation experience in federal and state lawsuits, as well as arbitrations, involving contractual and extra-contractual billing and payment disputes, including discovery, motions, pre-trial and trial work. As part of a team that represents payers as plaintiffs, Taylor also has experience in overpayment and fraudulent billing issues.
While in law school, Taylor served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for The Honorable Gray Miller of the Southern District of Texas. Taylor also served as the Managing Editor of the Houston Law Review.
