Todd is an Assistant Vice President-Structural Underwriting with AIG Risk Finance responsible for underwriting of structured insurance products. He has specialized experience in the design of programs related to environmental liabilities and loss portfolio transfers for insurance companies and health care related exposures.

Prior to joining Risk Finance, Todd worked with The Hartford in the Corporate Risk Solutions department specializing in liability buyouts. In addition, he was in charge of developing and implementing the Environmental Liability Practice at Chubb after working as Regional Underwriting Manager with AIG Environmental. Todd received an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Environmental Science and Resource Management from Lehigh University.
