Tory Polin is an experienced litigator and provides advice and counseling on all aspects of California employment practices and developments. Diligent and strategic, she enjoys finding solutions to challenging matters and works closely with clients to develop an understanding of their businesses. Tory represents public and private employers in all areas of employment litigation, including:

• Wrongful termination
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Wage and hour matters, in both the single plaintiff and class action context

Tory spent nearly eight years in public service as a former prosecutor with the California Attorney General’s Office and Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. She has extensive courtroom experience, including jury trials, court trials, motions, grand juries and administrative hearings. Tory also previously represented state licensing boards, bureaus and commissions in administrative and trial court proceedings.
