Comprehensive support throughout the immigration process

Traci Kasperbauer provides operational support on immigration matters. She helps with the preparation of letters and forms for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, drafts H-1B and AOS petitions, and prepares visa status approval packages for clients and their foreign national employees. Traci assists with all aspects of immigration documentation, including

• File maintenance.
• Processing USCIS correspondence.
• Managing new matter intakes.
• Sending reminder notifications throughout the immigration process.

Traci created a comprehensive training manual for legal project assistants in order to standardize processes across multiple office locations, and she participates in onboarding and training new hires.

Before joining the firm, Traci gained immigration experience at the Refugee and Immigrant Assistance Center in Boston, where she was engaged in immigration applications and filings for refugees, refugee resettlement duties and administrative support.
