Vicky is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's London corporate and investment funds team. She undertakes a wide range of corporate matters with a particular emphasis on the establishment, regulation and operation of companies and investment funds. Vicky also advises on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, as well as banking and finance transactions. 

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Vicky worked for Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst), one of the top tier international firms in Sydney, Australia. She also worked in the legal and wealth management teams of two Australian fund managers in Sydney, Perpetual Asset Management Australia and BT Financial Group (the wealth management brand within Westpac Bank).
