Wanda Giansanti has extensive real estate experience including as a former Realtor, mortgage loan officer and a real estate legal assistant. She successfully closes both residential and commercial transactions and her experience includes:

• Preparing settlement statements, balance sheets, wire requests and disbursements
• Preparing and reviewing closing documents
• Meeting with clients to execute closing documents
• Probate, estate, timeshare and vacant lot closings
• Post-closing title policies
• Financing
