Will Burgess is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Will received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a senior editor for the Alabama Law Review. While in law school, he also served as a member of the Entrepreneurship & Nonprofit Legal Clinic. Will earned a B.S. (summa cum laude) in Finance from the University of Alabama.
