Katarzyna Wójcik-Bąkowska, LL.M., provides full legal support for acquisitions of businesses and due diligence. She has broad experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. She advises both buyers and sellers, and is actively involved in developing multi-phase transaction processes, in close cooperation with financial advisers. She also takes part in major restructuring processes.

In addition, she co-heads the Insurance practice.

She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2004.
