Xinfeng (Elsa) Zhang has more than 11 years of experience in the financial services field. She specializes in banking finance, including syndicated loans, project finance, export credit finance, corporate finance, aviation and aviation finance, bank and non-bank financial institution establishment, and financial business compliance. Her clients mainly include domestic and foreign commercial banks, policy banks, financial leasing companies, asset management companies, auto finance companies, and other financial institutions. Ms. Zhang also has extensive experience in legal fields related to debt restructuring, including bankruptcy reorganization, debt restructuring agreement negotiations, and non-performing asset acquisitions.

Ms. Zhang is also an expert in the field of aviation finance. She has represented many airlines, leasing companies, financial institutions, and other clients in participating in the purchase, lease, and financing of a large number of commercial airliners, business aircraft, helicopters, engines, cargo aircraft, and passenger conversion aircraft. Ms. Zhang previously worked in the French headquarters and Beijing office of a French aircraft manufacturer, where she participated in business negotiations with all Chinese companies.

Ms. Zhang provides daily legal advice to many kinds of financial institutions, assisting them to resolve legal and compliance issues in their daily business, providing consulting legal opinions or suggestions, assisting in drafting or standardizing format documents, etc.
