Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Yuanyuan Chu practiced as a patent agent for four years at Liu, Shen & Associates, at China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. as a senior patent agent for nine years, and at a top-tier European law firm as a senior patent agent for one year.
Ms. Yuanyuan Chu's practice focuses on patent law. She has extensive experience in patent prosecution, reexamination, counseling, invalidation and litigation. The technical fields in which Ms. Chu practices include electronics and microelectronics, computer science, semiconductor processing and devices, consumer electronics, optoelectronics, and illumination, among others.
Ms. Chu has assisted many globally renowned companies to obtain patents in China, and has provided them with valuable advice for patent prosecution strategies in China. Ms. Chu received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering in 2001 and a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics in 2004 from Tsinghua University.
