Mr. Li graduated with an LL.B. and a bachelor's degree in German language from Wuhan University Law School in 2013, and then obtained his J.M. degree from Wuhan University Law School in 2015. Mr. Li also studied at Saarland University in Germany as an exchange student from 2011 to 2012.
