Mr. Wang has practiced with Han Kun Law Offices since July 2016, where he specializes in capital markets, M&A, and PE/VC, covering due diligence, designing transaction structures, drafting and reviewing legal transaction documents, issuing legal opinions, and assisting in transaction negotiations. Mr. Wang has represented numerous well-known clients in their investments in China. In capital markets, Mr. Wang has advised a wide range of clients on IPOs, listed company refinancings, acquisitions of listed companies, and major asset restructurings. Mr. Wang has represented many clients in industries such as the Internet, telecommunications, information technology, energy, advertising, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
