Zohair Rahemtulla is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Corporate Commercial department. He specialises in general commercial matters and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

He has acted for local and international, listed and unlisted clients in a number of industries.

Zohair's experience includes conducting legal research and advisory work on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate commercial and company law.

In addition, Zohair is experienced in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial documents, including memoranda of incorporation, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, sale agreements (shares, businesses and assets), subscription agreements, board and shareholders' resolutions, legal opinions, as well as conducting due diligence investigations.
