Collaborating with private sector developers and consultants on key regeneration projects is crucial in bringing forward successful strategic investment plans.
Shoosmiths collaborated with Insider on a series of virtual roundtables across our regions to discuss how both sides – public and private – are managing these challenging projects, what best practice is and how obstacles can be overcome to smooth the way. This roundtable focused on how South East town centres are being reshaped and rethought post-COVID, how schemes can be accelerated and delays avoided and how joint venture partnerships can be improved.
