Nicholas Foss Barbantonis is affiliated with the dispute resolution team in Oslo. He specialises in intellectual property and information technology law dispute resolution and has been involved in several high-profile intellectual property disputes. Nicholas is ranked as a Rising Star in Legal 500 and highlighted as a promising talent in Kapital’s annual lawyer survey. Nicholas is listed in the World Trademark Review guide for enforcement and litigation (WTR 1000).

Tone Tafjord Seth is part of the OCEAN team in Oslo. Over the course of more than a decade at Simonsen Vogt Wiig, she has gained substantial experience in shipping and financing transactions, and is known for being a highly efficient and pragmatic lawyer. Tone assists clients in relation to a broad range of transactions and financings, including project financing, sale and leaseback transactions, syndicated and bilateral loans, sale/purchase and chartering.

Øyvind Akerholt is associated with the technology and media department in Oslo. He primarily works with intellectual property law, cyber security, negotiations, and contract law, with a particular focus on IT, media, and technology contracts. Øyvind has assisted in some of the largest Norwegian IT-procurements in recent years in both the public and private sector.

Mikael Rossvoll Jørgensen works at the Simonsen Vogt Wiig office in Tromsø. He has experience from the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries and has a particular expertise and interest in the fields of fisheries and aquaculture. Mikael also possesses significant experience in contract and tort law, providing advisory services and dispute resolution for both private enterprises and public entities before the courts.

Kristoffer Johansen has been admitted as an associate partner at the Tromsø office starting from February 2024, as he returns to Simonsen Vogt Wiig after a period with the Nord-Troms and Senja District Court. Kristoffer works on advisory and dispute cases across various fields, including public procurement, real estate, and construction. He has extensive experience in court dispute resolution, both as a lawyer and as a judicial clerk.

Kristian Saga works with construction, real estate, and general contract law at the Kristiansand office. He assists both contractors and developers with drafting contracts, bid invitations, and proposals and dispute resolution, and assists property developers with a variety of real estate-related issues throughout the entire process, from raw land to a fully developed project.
