Karanović & Nikolić is proud to announce the promotion of new Partners and Senior Associates. The following employees have been recognised for their hard work and dedication to our values and goals, and we hope this promotion will only increase their drive and commitment in the future.

Partners:

Bojan Vučković

As a member of the Regional Competition Practice, Bojan has extensive experience advising clients on all competition law related matters, he has particular expertise in the areas of merger control, abuse of dominance and restrictive agreements. Bojan specialises in telecommunications and fast moving consumer goods, having worked regionally on some of the largest and most complex transactions and competition matters in these sectors.

Miloš Jakovljević

Practicing in the Corporate / Commercial Department, Miloš heads the Belgrade team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, privatisations, corporate restructurings and capital market transactions. Miloš advises clients in structuring, negotiating and closing complex transactions in a broad range of industries, with particular focus on private equity groups, financial institutions, energy, telecom and consumer goods industries.

Senior Associates:

Veljko Smiljanić

As a senior member of the Competition Department and part of the regional competition team, Veljko has advised and represented clients in some of the most complex transactions and antitrust proceedings across the region. Veljko predominantly practices competition and IT law with a special focus on antitrust matters and compliance assessments.

Ivana Dišović

As an expert in Dispute Resolution matters, Ivana has assisted in representing clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes before the Serbian courts.

Ognjen Božović

Ognjen is a senior litigator with extensive experience in commercial disputes, as well as in bankruptcy and enforcement procedures. He has represented numerous clients in proceedings before all courts of Serbia and Montenegro.
