Borislav Boyanov & Co. Acts on Financing of EUR 1.4 billion acquisition of BTC

The transaction for the sale of 90% from the capital of the Bulgarian Telecom - BTC was successfully completed on August 17, 2007 on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The value of the transaction reached BGN 2.77 billion (approximately EUR 1.4 billion) that was the consideration paid for the package. The controlling package was acquired by AIG Capital Partners, Inc., part of the American investment group AIG Global Investment Group. Borislav Boyanov & Co. acted for the financing parties in a complex financing arrangement in support of the acquisition.
