With over a decade of experience in the agricultural sector before practicing law, Tim approaches his clients’ concerns with the industry knowledge and perspective needed to help them assess and manage the challenges ahead.

He is a skilled attorney with over 40 years of experience advising large, midsize, and small businesses, including food processors and farms throughout Washington and Oregon. Ben is a seasoned advocate who provides counsel on corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, estate law, and estate planning. Ben understands the regulatory complexities imposed on food producers and manufacturers and can advise his clients on potential issues.
