Denise Drake Selected for Leadership San Antonio Class 47

Dykema is proud to announce that Denise Drake was selected to participate in Leadership San Antonio Class 47. She is one of 66 class members representing a diverse group of individuals from wide-ranging industries and backgrounds. Drake and her fellow classmates were welcomed during a reception on November 30, 2022.
Leadership San Antonio was created in 1975 by The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce to help identify and develop community leaders and is now considered the premier program for existing and emerging leaders in Bexar County and surrounding areas. The program, one of the first of its kind in Texas, has graduated more than 2,000 participants and focuses on delivering these leaders an opportunity to develop an understanding of the promise and challenges of our community.
In her practice, Drake helps clients on a range of corporate and real estate transactions, negotiating key commercial agreements and ensuring corporate compliance with governance structures. She represents developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in complex real estate and finance transactions.
Drake earned a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a B.A. from Trinity University.
