Buenos Aires, 13 November 2023. On November 9th, Beccar Varela promotedDr. María Eduarda Nocetito the partner category, both in recognition of her talent and the great contribution she has made to the firm throughout her career. With this appointment, Beccar Varela strengthens itsLabor & Social Security Law department, currently led by partner Álvaro J. Galli.

Managing partner Horacio E. Beccar Varela states that he is happy about this promotion: “María not only stands out for her great talent and knowledge of labor law but also for her leadership and capacity for conciliation.” Álvaro adds, “María will bring her incredible drive, quality, and direction to the team. María began her career at Beccar Varela in 2014, advising local and international clients from different industries on labor law matters, particularly complex litigation, hirings and dismissals of executives, collective disputes, restructuring, and labor due diligence processes. She obtained her law degree from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (2012, with honors), and worked as an associate in the labor law department at another firm prior to joining Beccar Varela. María has been recognized by Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 and Leaders League.
