December, 2023 - United States of America

The World Services Group (WSG) Tax Group has published Navigating Tax Law Policies in Latin America, a country-by-country Guide that provides detailed insights, updates and trends on important laws and policies throughout the region.

The Guide focuses on four major areas of interest including: income taxes, trading taxes/rules, OECD/international tax rules and special promotions. It also serves as a tool for international companies to learn more about applicable tax efficiencies for business opportunities and adapt to the specifics of each country.

Over 35 tax expert members in 17 Latin America jurisdictions contributed to the Guide, which is a testament to the power of WSG member partnerships and the highest level of expertise WSG members provide on key industry updates and trends.

“We are delighted to announce the launch of this first WSG Latin America focused tax Guide. This collaborative effort showcases the strength of our WSG member relationships and serves as a valuable resource on tax matters across our region. Our commitment is to keep the Guide regularly updated, providing a current and reliable reference on an annual basis,” stated Diego Martin, WSG Latin America Tax Group Leader and Partner at Consortium Legal.
