Buenos Aires, February 7th, 2024. On February 5th, , Tarjeta Naranja S.A.U. issued Class LXI Notes —which are simple, non-convertible into shares, unguaranteed— for a total nominal amount of AR$35,000,000,000. The issuance was carried out under the Frequent Issuer Regime established in Section VIII, Chapter V, Title II of the National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) Regulations.

Class LXI Notes, maturing on February 5th, 2025, will accrue interest at a floating rate, equivalent to the sum of Badlar private rate plus a cut-off margin of 3.50%, and will amortize its principal in one payment on its maturing date.

Class LXI Notes have been locally rated “A1(arg)” by FIX SCR S.A. on January 31st, 2024. In addition, they were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

In this Notes issuance, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. acted as organizer and placement agent, while Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco Patagonia S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Industrial Valores S.A., and Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe S.A. acted as placement agents.
