Matthew F. Hall Installed as Law Alumni Council President for University of Florida Levin College of Law

Bradley is pleased to announce that partner Matthew F. Hall has been elected as the 2024-2025 president of the Law Alumni Council (LAC) for the University of Florida Levin College of Law, taking the position at a passing of the gavel ceremony on May 16.

Founded in 1983, the LAC, along with the Law Center Association Inc. Board of Trustees, serve as the primary support and advisory boards for the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Together, the groups assist with raising private funds to cover expenses not met through state support, tuition or endowment income. Mr. Hall will oversee the nearly 100-member LAC and its initiatives dedicated to supporting and promoting alumni relations and to increase engagement between the law school and its more than 20,000 alumni while also assisting in the professional development of current students through recruitment efforts, mentoring initiatives and campus programming.

Mr. Hall is a partner in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Through his diverse practice, he regularly works with Fortune 100 companies, as well as small and emerging businesses.

Mr. Hall received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and clerked for the Hon. Peter T. Fay in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to attending law school, he served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army and served in Iraq with the 4th Infantry Division. He is an active member of Tampa’s military veteran community, leading his local Veterans of Foreign Wars post, among his other efforts.
