Szecskay Attorneys at Law advised the Auchan Group in connection with the purchase by Auchan of the seven Cora hypermarkets in Hungary from the Louis Delhaize Group. Legal counselling consisted of rendering assistance during the due diligence on the target companies and the negotiation of the share purchase agreement. Szecskay Attorneys at Law also assisted the client in the merger control clearance procedure, along with the Belgian law firm Van Bael & Bellis.
