Carey recognized as Latin America Law Firm of the Year

Carey was selected as “Latin America Law Firm of the Year”, by Chambers Latin America, the prestigious regional publication from Chambers & Partners. Carey, Chile’s largest law firm and the first in the country to ever receive such regional recognition, was also Band 1 in 11 out of 15 practice areas.

The prize was received by Carey’s Executive Committee, Jorge Carey, Jaime Carey, Rafael Vergara and Pablo Iacobelli, in a ceremony in Miami.
Every year, Chambers Global and Chambers Latin America carry out thorough investigations of the legal market in each country, and review the law firms’ achievements in the last twelve months with regards to representative cases, strategic growth and service quality.
In previous years, Carey also has been recognized by Chambers as Chilean Law Firm of the Year (2009 and 2011), Chilean Client Service Firm (2010); and with the Chambers’ Global Lifetime Achievement Award, given to Jorge Carey, senior partner of Carey (2007).
