Carey Advised GNL Quintero in the Issuance and Sale of USD1,100 million Notes

Carey acted as local counsel to GNL Quintero, one of the leading LNG terminals in Chile for the reception, unloading, storage and regasification of liquid natural gas, in connection with the issuance and sale of USD1,100 million, at 4.634% Notes due 2029.
