• Terence G. Connor (Employment Law–Management; Labor Law–Management) Connor focuses on the litigation and trial of labor and employment claims.
• Samuel A. Danon (Commercial Litigation) Danon serves as the firm’s head of litigation. In addition to his domestic practice, he counsels multinational corporations in connection with matters related to operations in the Americas and the Caribbean.
• Barry R. Davidson (Bet-the-Company Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Litigation–Antitrust; Litigation–Banking & Finance; Litigation–Health Care; Litigation–Securities Davidson focuses on civil litigation throughout the state of Florida, with an emphasis on complex and class action business litigation, intellectual property, antitrust and products litigation. He was also recently named The Best Lawyers® 2015 Miami Litigation - Antitrust "Lawyer of the Year."
• Juan C. Enjamio (Commercial Litigation; Employment Law–Management; Labor Law –Management; Litigation–Labor and Employment) Managing partner of the firm’s Miami office and head of the firm’s Miami labor and employment team, Enjamio focuses on the defense of companies facing complex employment disputes. He has experience in international litigation, complex commercial litigation, and defense of class actions.
• Paul C. Huck, Jr. (Commercial Litigation) A general counsel to former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, Huck was recently appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the trial courts in Miami-Dade County. Huck focuses on business litigation, regulatory advice and government investigations.
• Thomas R. Julin (First Amendment Law; Litigation–First Amendment; Media Law) Julin represents media and information companies in libel and privacy cases and the prosecution of civil rights and access claims.
